HG-100SXF Up-down Large Door Steam Dryer
Adopts top and bottom pneumatic sliding doors for flexible operation and reliable sealing. Advantage: No footprint required for door swing, enabling automated loading/unloading with laundry tunnel presses or extractors.
Features top sealing and bottom air intake filtration structure. Advantage: Effectively recycles heat dissipated from the unit and heater edges, reduces lint cleaning frequency of the upper heater filter, and improves working conditions.
Equipped with variable-frequency fan temperature control technology. Advantage: Adapts to fluctuating steam pressure, optimally matches air volume with heater heat to boost efficiency and cut energy consumption, and enables faster cold air ventilation.
Comes with a large built-in drawer-type lint filter box. Advantage: Simple, reliable, with excellent sealing performance to reduce lint cleaning frequency. Available in front-mounted or rear-mounted configurations.
Uses an upper exhaust duct with built-in reverse flow baffles. Advantage: Flexible duct installation allows multiple machines to share one exhaust pipe without backflow, keeping the rear area tidy and unobstructed.
Optional upper exhaust heat recovery unit. Advantage: Automatically recovers over 3/4 of the high-temperature, low-moisture exhaust heat from the final 1/4 of the drying cycle, ideal for garment printing and dyeing industries where extended drying to control fabric shrinkage causes significant energy waste.
Optional steam condensate heat recovery device. Advantage: Recovers approximately 10% of the total steam heat from condensate (sensible heat), discharging only water (no steam), suitable for facilities where condensate is not recycled.
Optional noise-reducing duct. Advantage: Greatly reduces noise, suitable for environments with strict noise requirements.
Optional pneumatic tilting automatic discharge device. Advantage: Enables quick, effortless unloading, eliminating the hassle of untangling twisted clothes (especially towels, bed sheets, and curtains), saving time and labor.
Application Scope
The 100kg top & bottom large door dryer is available in steam and gas-fired versions. It is widely used in large-scale laundry plants and factories, and can work with laundry tunnel presses to partially replace through-flow dryers. It is also suitable for general laundry companies, garment printing and dyeing enterprises, and automated/unmanned drying line retrofits. It typically saves 30%-50% energy compared to through-flow dryers. With unique performance advantages, stable operation, and exceptional energy efficiency, it is the ideal choice for energy conservation, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement in the laundry industry.
